I recently stayed at Caravela Beach Resort in Goa, and it was a wonderful experience, largely due to the exceptional service. The resort itself was beautiful, but what truly stood out was the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality. A special shout-out to Ankit at the dining area—his thoughtfulness and attention to detail were beyond words. He went above and beyond to ensure I had gluten- and dairy-free options, making my dining experience seamless and enjoyable. Santosh from housekeeping also provided excellent service, ensuring our room was always immaculate and comfortable. Radhika and Rabi at breakfast were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast spread had a good variety, which we appreciated. However, we found the Pan-Asian and à la carte dinner options to be quite bland and lacking in flavor. Despite this, the outstanding service truly made our stay memorable. The warmth and dedication of the staff created such a positive experience, and I would highly recommend Caravela Beach Resort for its hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
