the hans is one of the popular hotels in cp the outlets has huge variety in food and drinks and the staff is very polite and humble the most important ambiance is very nice

Nice place, next to my office, I went with my daughter, no doubt the cheese cake ordered was very tasty, excellent staff, they know what hospitality & courtesy is, nice view, just that coffee was not that great may be because I said not to put ice cream or else I think they mix ice cream also in that

Not bad, nothing special neither. I had a dinner there one night. Restaurant was almost empty. Most probably it's anyway mainly for hotel guests.

Pasta was good and service too, but as mentioned, nothing special. Price level is anyway close to European level so one could expect higher class.

Definitely not a disappointment but hard to give more than 3 stars.
