The recipe for success of this restaurant is its good paneer, calamari and butter chicken. It's nice to taste delicious beer. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at Gagan's Restaurant.

Thank you for such wonderful gesture of a hand written note and sending extra delicasies, we truly enjoyed the food as usual because as slated earlier I am a regular customer at Gagan for food quality and taste.Secondly for yesterday order instead of Biryani my friend recvd a lolipop fried rice and peanuts (3 items against 1) for which he had rated his disappointment as what u order is what u expect that's for all customers correct, so Zomato team was highlighted and they issued a coupon of the said amount and the wrong order was not consumed, however because of your wonderful gesture and hospitality we have removed the previous rating, as per rider the order was wrongly handed over by restuarant and it can be vice versa as well but I what I understand is what ordered should be delivered accordingly, none the less my love for Gagan and so as my friends as we are group of 4 would never diminish but any such mistakes needs to be highlighted which gives restuarant team a platform for internal discussion and trainings for betterment up for future !!Keep up the good work

Absolutely terrible experience at Gagan's Restaurant. Avoid this place if you're trying to enjoy your meal or your day. First off, the chicken wings tasted like they were made from old, stale chicken rubbery and suspiciously smelly. The calamari was pathetic rubbery rings with zero seasoning, like they were just dumped out of a freezer bag and fried without care. The stuffed paratha was barely passable, bland and dry. But what really ruined the experience was the rude and pushy staff. They kept hovering around our table, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable, clearly waiting for us to finish so they could turn the table over. We weren't even done eating when they started lingering like vultures. And the worst part? When we asked for hot water, they told us they don't have water at all we had to buy overpriced bottled mineral water. Fine, we did. Then they just heated up the same bottle and served it back to us! Seriously? What kind of restaurant can't provide a basic like drinking water? Save your money and peace of mind. Don't bother stepping into this place. There are better spots with better food and much better service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
