FabHotel Apex Intercontinental is pretty near Chandra Mahal. Clients don't highly appreciate tea at FabHotel Apex Intercontinental. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, the real drawback is moderate prices. 0 star I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at FabHotel Apex Intercontinental, Jaipur, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. This hotel is a complete disaster in terms of service, staff behavior, and overall hospitality. From the moment I checked in, it was a nightmare filled with rudeness, extra charges, and sheer negligence. Terrible Customer Service The first red flag was the way the staff treated me upon arrival. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with cold, indifferent, and borderline rude behavior. It felt as if I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. The front desk staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Every question or request I had was met with eye rolls, sarcasm, or outright refusal. Unjustified Extra Charges & Overpricing One of the biggest issues was their dishonest pricing tactics. Despite booking at a fixed rate online, they attempted to overcharge me upon arrival. They added hidden fees that were never disclosed before, and when I questioned them, they simply ignored my concerns and insisted I pay. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, they were unwilling to provide any clear answers. Rooms in Poor Condition The room I was given was far from what was promised in the listing. The furniture was old and damaged, the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom had a terrible stench. The AC barely worked, and despite complaining multiple times, the staff refused to fix it. Even worse, the water supply was irregular, and at one point, there was no hot water available. Rude & Unprofessional Staff The hotel staff, including housekeeping and reception, lacked basic courtesy. They would avoid eye contact, act annoyed if you asked for anything, and ignore complaints completely. When I confronted them about their attitude, they were openly hostile, making it clear that they didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Food Was Overpriced & Stale I made the mistake of ordering food from their in-house restaurant, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was stale, tasteless, and ridiculously overpriced. Even worse, the service was painfully slow, and by the time the food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. Misleading Photos & False Advertising The hotel’s online photos are completely misleading. The rooms look spacious, clean, and well-maintained in the pictures, but in reality, they are small, dirty, and in dire need of renovation. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, where they lure guests with fake promises and then deliver a subpar experience. Housekeeping Was Practically Non-Existent The housekeeping service was terrible. My room was not cleaned properly, towels were not replaced, and when I requested fresh toiletries, they never arrived. The staff ignored requests multiple times, making it clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not their priority. No Value for Money Considering the horrible service, lack of cleanliness, and disrespectful staff, this hotel is not worth a single rupee. There are far better hotels in Jaipur at similar or even lower prices, where you will actually be treated with respect. Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs! If you are looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Jaipur, do yourself a favor and AVOID FabHotel Apex Intercontinental. This place is an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. The staff is rude, the service is pathetic, and they are only interested in overcharging guests. I regret booking this place, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Rating: 1/5 (Only because 0 is not an option) Service: 1

Zero Star These people tell the customer that this is not a hotel, it is a Darmshala, no one should come to ask for money, they do not have the courage to talk to the customer.
