Experienced a very unpleasant disrespectful situation at Cantonese Restaurant, Jadavpur 8B today. I and my colleagues are very regular in this restaurant and we frequently go for lunch. Today one service personnel Ram Kumar Ranjit has attended us once we went there and we were taking suggestions from him about a dish and was about to place our order. All of a sudden he snatched the menu card and went to attend another group of 4 people who were just entering and not even took their seats. We felt bad and so we told him once he came again to take the order and that time the menu card was not even with us. As we told him about this unpleasant moment, he told us to leave the restaurant and he won't serve us the food, he added. All though another staff asked for apology and requested us to sit, he was not at all apologised.. Never experienced such incident in any hospitality service. Service: 1
