I recommend to include buttermilk in the afternoon and milk in the evening & would like to see mix vegetable Salad at lunch... Sometimes it's good in taste and sometimes it's not... I would like spicy सब्जी and तीखी मीठी दाल with चावल... Otherwise, All good to go for outsiders...
