Horrible service staff. Lazy, inattentive and basically bunched up in a corner having arguments amongst themselves while people are waiting to order. Separate payment counter but no one was manning it. Had to call them and wait for them to get to work. Told me they didn’t have change for a 500 and when i asked them to cancel my order, the 350 in change suddenly appeared.

We visited Candies Reclamation expecting a good café experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The food was below average items like rolls and chops were simply reheated in a microwave, with no sense of freshness or quality.Hygiene standards were concerning. One major issue was that the same microwave was used for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, which is unacceptable for those who strictly follow dietary preferences or restrictions.The staff’s behavior also left a lot to be desired. They came across as rude and dismissive, almost as if they were doing us a favor by serving the food. The atmosphere inside was chaotic, with staff yelling across the floor for people to collect their orders it felt more like a fish market than a café.Overall, the experience was far from what we expected, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
