Absolutely loved this place! The service was top-notch—staff were courteous, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The ambiance is classy yet vibrant, creating the perfect vibe to relax and enjoy the evening. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted with amazing flavors. The overall environment is warm, lively, and very welcoming. A perfect spot to hang out with friends or celebrate special moments. Highly recommended—will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely Terrible Experience at Lounge 21, Indore – Never Going Back I usually don’t write such long reviews, but Lounge 21 Indore truly deserves to be called out. I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences here, and I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others before they waste their time and money. Let’s start with the staff behavior — the rudest, most unprofessional team I’ve ever encountered in a hospitality business. From the moment we entered, there was no greeting, no warmth, and zero manners. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us in. No smile, no welcome, just blank stares and bad attitude. When we asked for a table, the response was dismissive and impatient, like we were some burden to them. After being made to wait for no reason (despite several empty tables), we were finally seated. The waiter came to our table after nearly 20 minutes and asked what we wanted to order, as if we were disturbing him. When we asked for the menu, he rolled his eyes and walked away without a word. He came back after another 10 minutes with a menu that looked like it had been through a war—torn pages, stains, and barely readable. When we started asking about a few items, he kept cutting us off and said, “Sir jo mil raha hai wahi order karo” (Order what’s available). Excuse me? Is this a restaurant or a government ration shop? ⸻ Page 2: Pathetic Service, Arrogant Staff, Overpriced Food – Avoid at All Costs Eventually, we ordered a couple of snacks and drinks. Again, zero courtesy, no water offered, no one came to check if we needed anything else. After nearly 45 minutes, the food arrived — cold, tasteless, and absolutely not worth the price. The drinks were diluted, and one of them tasted like it was made using leftover soda from yesterday. We raised concerns about the quality, and the staff just shrugged and said, “Yeh hi milta hai yahan.” The audacity! We asked for the manager, and after dodging us for 20 minutes, someone finally showed up — only to support the rude staff! He spoke in an equally arrogant tone and blamed the “rush” even though the place was half empty. The washrooms were filthy, with broken taps and no tissues. The music was too loud and the DJ refused to lower it when we politely asked. The entire vibe was like some shady third-grade bar pretending to be a high-end lounge. Absolutely no regard for customer service or hygiene. Final Verdict: • Staff: 0/10 – Rude, arrogant, no basic manners • Service: 1/10 – Extremely slow and careless • Ambience: 3/10 – Poor lighting, loud music, unhygienic • Food/Drinks: 2/10 – Cold, tasteless, overpriced • Overall: 1 out of 5 stars – only because 0 isn’t possible Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Lounge 21, Indore is a complete disgrace to the hospitality industry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

However, in the spirit of transparency, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. You visited us along with two of your friends and were promptly offered a table. Our team provided the menu within 2–3 minutes of your arrival. Please note that the menu is newly designed, and we are working hard to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. Regarding the music volume, we would like to mention that it was a scheduled Bollywood DJ Night. There were many guests enjoying the event and dancing, which is part of the ambiance we create on such nights. We understand that it may not have matched your personal preference, but lowering the music significantly during a themed night would affect the overall experience for other guests as well. We also noticed that shortly after arriving, you and your friends discussed limiting your spend to the prepaid cover charge, which is absolutely your choice. However, we would like to assure you that the same quality of service and liquor was provided to all our guests, including your table. We acknowledge that due to the crowd, there may have been a slight delay in service, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. Managing peak-hour demands can be challenging at times, but we are constantly working to improve our efficiency. We would love the opportunity to serve you again in a more relaxed setting. We highly recommend visiting us during our Happy Hours, where you can enjoy great deals, attentive service, and soft background music. Thank you once again for your feedback.
