I’m writing to strongly express my frustration regarding a misleading and disappointing experience at your outlet. Your in-store poster clearly states that the mini bowls are priced at ₹99 for veg and ₹129 for non-veg. However, I was charged ₹230 per bowl at the counter — almost double the advertised rate. Even worse, I was not informed of this price difference while placing the order. When I questioned the staff, I was told it “takes time to remove the board” and that “most customers are already paying ₹230 anyway.” I find this justification completely unacceptable. Just because others may be unaware or not raise concerns does not make it right to continue misleading new customers. If the pricing has changed, it’s your basic responsibility to update promotional displays and communicate this clearly. This kind of experience feels dishonest and exploitative. I chose your brand with expectations of transparency and fairness — not bait-and-switch tactics. Please take this feedback seriously. I urge you to update your boards immediately and ensure your staff informs customers upfront until it’s done. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600
