Very disappointing experience. For the past three days, almost everything we asked for was not available—even basic items like normal tea and masala tea. What’s worse is that many items listed on the displayed food menu were also not available. Honestly, I don’t understand why the restaurant is kept open if they cannot serve even the basics. The cashier showed no interest in helping—he simply asks the cook whether something is available and then immediately says “not available,” without any effort to prepare or suggest alternatives. Poor management, poor service, and zero accountability. Definitely needs serious improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff yesterday ( 17/01/2026) . We ordered a manchow soup & seafood platter , which we enquired with the staff & got a confirmation about the promising taste . The manchow soup was tasty but the seafood platter was not properly cooked or flavoured. It was very spicy & unfresh in taste . We informed the staff , she was not listening & argued very unprofessionally . Customers not expecting such experience from a well known restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
