Very disappointing experience at Cakeofy Sec 17 Sukhrali, Gurgaon. I visited the store, selected a cake and was told only one piece was left. After waiting, the staff gave the same cake to an online delivery order instead of me, even though I was physically present first. This is unfair service and wrong customer handling. Expected better professionalism. Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommended dishes: Pineapple Cake

I ordered 2 Cakes directly from Cakofy however the cake taste was so bad and then when complained the person Pradeep is asking me to explain the matter. It was such a bad experience would never recommend ordering from them. And they don't have any explanation to the same neither they are answering to my query bad is the work for Cakofy Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Food: 1 Recommended dishes: Birthday Cake, Chocolate Truffle Cake
