i dont think that cheesecakes are packed this way , it was completely upside down when we opened the box , and it is not happening for the first time , in our previous order also they sent it like that only , we thought it was done by mistake , but this when we called the bakery , the staff was so rude no manners how to talk to the customer , didnot even listen to the problem and disconnected the call , would not recommend ordering from here
