Highly Disappointing. The cake that was ordered four days ago was not delivered in a timely manner. Until the last minute of the schedule they continued to delay the cake, and finally they were unable to deliver it on time. The calls are not being answered. When confronted directly, they are giving fumbled answers. Despite having no choice, I was compelled to take the ready-made cake they had, despite being limited in options. Our celebration was ruined due to their negligence. It's important to prioritize delivery when placing your order.
