"Ooonchi Dukan Pheeke Pakwan" is the most appropriate line for this place. This is the second time they've spoiled our celebration. First time, when I picked a Chocolate cake for my sister's birthday (considering it being one of the most well known and fancy brand of Indore) from their Vijay Nagar branch, it was stale (Smelly and sour). No exaggeration, but we had to dump the whole cake as it is the bin. My sister was so disappointed as she couldn't share the cake with her friends, and I was so embarrassed that I caused this to her on her special day..... Then came my Mom's birthday (last week), and me being an idiot tried to give them another chance. This time I ordered the cake online, and being lockdown there were very few options available. Out of 2-3 options I chose to order the Fresh fruit cake. But guess what, they sent me the pineapple cake, and that too without even asking if I want that or not. And my family, being big pineapple haters, again got disappointed. They even asked me what made me order pineapple cake knowing that no one loves it in our family, which was again an embarrassment for me.

First time i didnt write the review considering that $hit happens with most of us and I should give them another chance, but when this happend for the second time I decided to give this review. I really don't know what else to write, but I would only suggest them to work on their quality. We customers don't mind paying but we should get the value of our money. Thanks!
