Why am I giving this entity 1-star? 1. Customer service - the way I was talked to was horrible. This is not the way to serve your customers. I’m paying you not the other way around. 2. Delivery- We asked to deliver it by 7. The cake is still in oven @6:45 ! Bizarre 3. Quality- we ordered a carrot cake ! Not everyone can do a carrot cake in Raipur. They said they can! I know what a carrot cake looks like and the thing in the box wasn’t carrot cake. It was not cooked properly , so DRY and I could see carrot chunks!! Ffs if you don’t know something don’t overpromised. Always underpromised and overdeliver , SALES 1.0 for you right here! Looks like you need it 4. Cost- ₹600 for 1/2 kg Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
