I would like to address the full matter here We got a DM from a Lady on Instagram regarding an order she wanted to send to someone …I would like to address the full matter here We got a DM from a Lady on Instagram regarding an order she wanted to send to someone She told us a budget and we sent her images She finalised everything and confirmed the order just a night before we asked for delivery details She said as the house is very far can you deliver to her relatives office I asked for details and she sent without telling me who she was and who she is sending to As i saw the address it was near my husbands office and agreed to deliver without asking for delivery charges because if its in my reach i try to deliver As promised i sent the parcel and asked her to send the contact details of that person She must be busy did not pick the call but delivery guy reached before The person whose office address was not even there and refused to accept the delivery as he didn’t ordered it We asked him to accept as this was from his relative only whom we did not know The lady was out of reach meanwhile And her whatsapp and Instagram handle had 2 names which i had to find But this man was adamant that you dont know anything and are sending this to us Me and my husband was trying to explain the whole scenario but he was not accepting anything as you can see the type of comment he has done here (who is being rude is seen here only) Wanted to address this on my social media but didn’t because the lady who ordered said sorry many times and accepted her mistake that she forgot to inform them But this man seems like we have made every mistake The delivery guy was insulted Me and my husband was also insulted and was given threat that he will inform police about this And now this feedback which we didn’t even asked for Sir please we can address the matter anywhere and tag you personally too but we are not doing Have some courtesy and finish the matter here As we home bakers dont ask for persons personal information Sorry for inconvenience and thank tyou for making us realise that we should not trust strangers More
