Absolutely disappointed by this place and their customer service. Charged us 1400 for a 1kg basic chocolate cake, cake looked exactly like the description but the taste was awful fondant like. Nobody could eat it and it ruined my brother's 18th bday celebration. When I called nd told them about the taste they asked for pictures and started stalling me, not responding to msgs and calls. I called the owner Nikita Keswani and she did the same thing. Lastly they asked me to bring the cake back to their shop, when I did they said there's nothing wrong with it at all and when I said they can keep it coz nobody in my family could eat it, they happily took it back and threw it out. Absolutely humiliating and horrible experience. Money down the drain and worst customer service ever experienced. Hello Ritu, I believe you and Sanjana Gupta had ordered the same cake which was a fondant cake. Thereby making it taste like fondant. Apologies if any inconvenience caused to you.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a 1kg basic chocolate cake from this place for my brother’s 18th birthday celebration. While the cake looked exactly as described, the taste was far from satisfactory—it had an unpleasant fondant-like texture that nobody in my family could stomach. What made matters worse was the abysmal customer service. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, they asked for pictures and then proceeded to stall me, ignoring my messages and calls. Even the owner, Nikita Keswani, followed the same unresponsive pattern. Finally, they requested that I bring the cake back to their shop. However, upon inspection, they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. When I insisted they keep the cake (since no one could eat it), they happily accepted it and promptly discarded it. This experience was both humiliating and infuriating. In summary, avoid this place at all costs. Not only did they waste my money, but their customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Dear Sanjana, apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. However, as per our records, you had ordered a fondant cake. The cake was covered entirely by fondant and also had fondant props. Thereby making it taste like fondant. Once again, I'm sorry if you have been offended in any way.
