I recently visited Cakeachino and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the staff/owner. The customer service was far from welcoming, with interactions that felt dismissive and unfriendly. It seemed as though helping customers was more of a burden than a priority. I expected a level of courtesy and professionalism that this shop did not deliver. A simple smile or a willingness to assist would have made a significant difference. Instead, the staff's attitude left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The store itself may have potential, but the lack of basic customer service makes it difficult to recommend. I hope they takes steps to address this issue because good staff can turn any visit into a positive experience. Service: 1

Got birthday cake for my baby’s first birthday, the cake was delicious and exactly as we saw in the photograph on the website while ordering.the was delivered on the venue and they co-ordinated to deliver as per our convenience.
