Today Feb14th I placed a order in Swiggy. what i ordered and what i received am attaching with this Review. Shop sent different order. its oke it can happen. but when i contact them to say delivery different item. their reply was ' In the time that cake not available thats why different cake they sent' i asked them the cake not available, You can call me or reject the order. usually like that only, for this his reply ' Raise a complaint in Swiggy' then i understand the quality of restaurant. i tried so much time then i got a customer care executive in Swiggy, their reply 'u can mail us and wait 24-48hrs' here what we can understand, Ad per there wish. what we want to eat and what we want to order. Cakezone is really good in bangalore & kochi idk other state. but from Tilak road outlet in Rajahmundry is Worst. better avoid this Pastrie Shop.
