I recently ordered a Black Forest and a Red Velvet cake from Cake Zone Mysore, but unfortunately, I received different cakes instead. When I contacted the restaurant, they didn't respond to my calls, and even the delivery boy was unsure about the mix-up. This experience was quite disappointing, as I expected better customer service and accuracy in my order.
