Dear CakeZone Team,I am writing to provide feedback regarding an order I placed yesterday, June 7, 2025, for my father's birthday. I ordered a 1kg Eggless Chocolate Truffle cake.I was particularly looking forward to this cake because I had previously ordered the half-kilogram version of the exact same Eggless Chocolate Truffle cake, and it was absolutely delicious – moist, soft, and with excellent cream. This positive experience was why I confidently chose CakeZone again for such a special occasion and opted for a larger size.Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this 1kg cake's quality. Unlike my previous order, this one was neither moist nor soft; it had a very spongy texture, which is not what I associate with a truffle cake. Furthermore, the cream was not well-executed and lacked the proper consistency and flavor.This inconsistency is particularly concerning. While I was very happy with my first order, the significant drop in quality for this recent purchase impacted my father's birthday celebration. I hope you can investigate why there was such a difference in quality between the two orders and take this feedback into consideration to ensure product consistency.Thank you,Deepali
