Dropped by Cake of the Day on Kalidasa Road, and while the display looked inviting, the service was far from it. The staff seemed completely uninterested in guiding — and no real effort to listen. I asked for something specific, but instead of understanding what I was looking for, they kept pushing me to try other items without actually addressing my request. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually assisting. The whole experience came off as rushed and transactional. Horrendous cake quality for the amount of price being charged. The cake does not suit the purpose or the occasions, their designs are awful. The prices being charged are okay, but the quality being provided is still awful. Had a really bad experience, and I strongly advise people to not buy again from here.
