While the take away Biryani tasted really great to my liking, the pre-service was a disaster to the nth degree.
Was made to wait for an hour to receive my delivery with no one at the counter, no other waiting customer at all.
The management needs to ensure that the ‘stock’ is always available when someone comes for a take-away, more importantly because ‘Take-Away’ is ur Tagline !
You can’t make customers wait an hour for Take Away especially when Take Away is all you offer.
Would recommend again for the food but not for the pre-service and PR.
Probably a ‘worst-case’ option for me in the future.
