New in Bongaigaon. Have been having milk bread from Cake Heaven since three months and the bread is satisfactory and okay. Today while buying bread my wife saw few pastries and decided to have one Butterscotch pastry eggless which looked good. However, after taking the first bite the cake was hard and tasted tangy. We then went to the main branch shop and complained but the employees after seeing it and trying to cit it with the wooden spoon agreed meekly that it was hard. We said that the item was not fresh at which time one other lady customer complained that this happened with her too...they sell the older stuff positively saying it is fresh. We are connoisseurs of good cakes amd know the taste and softmess. Please stop cheating and selling old stuff because consumers pay for everything.

the cake was not in a good condition and no cutlery provided...very disappointed
