first of all they didn't write happy birthday on cake and just put a paper on it for happy birthday. second is why ask for party poppers , candles and attach 3 items if you are not going to send any. Poor experience.

Pathetic Service providers from Cake Basket.Received call from above shop before 5 Min. telling me that Your ordered cake has fall down. Can we change it with another cake. They think customer are fool, Cake Basket force me to change the order, this a birthday cake, How can arrange everything in few hours left. taking advantage of situation by cake basket. Zomato team it is also your responsibility to make sure proper order to be planned. when I placed the order 4 hours ago. That means I do require what I wanted, I paid for that in advance. pathetic Service with cake basket
