I ordered the cake for my from Zomato from this shop by looking at its rating. Unfortunately the cake was broken in half and the chocolate where they write name was also broken and the worst part the cake looked like stale. Didn’t smelled and tasted fresh. It’s better not to trust the ratings of delivery servicer provider and rely on comments for better experience. Shame on the shop owner. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my husband's birthday cake order. Despite ordering a rasmalai cake, we received a simple cream cake that had no rasmalai on top or inside. Not only did it lack the signature flavor of rasmalai, but it was also not worth the price of Rs. 650 that we were charged. This is unacceptable and I expect a resolution to this issue. I ordered a designer cake from The Cake Wala and it was amazing, it was exactly as shown in the photo. I also liked the taste of the cake. Thanks to The Cake Wala team who made a wonderful cake in very short notice and delivered it well.
