The first photo is the cake i gave for reference and the second one is what i got. The cake tasted fine but the decor was no where near. Just like some beginner practiced the design. I got really really disappointed coz it was my best friend’s bride to be celebration. However they didn’t charge me for the customisation and just took the price of the cake. But they just ruined something that was so much special for me. I won’t suggest this place for customisation never ever. There are plenty of places that do cake customisation at similar costs. I really did have really high expectations from this place after seeing the reviews and i even asked them whether it will look exactly the same like the 3D design itself. And they assured me they they will make the exact same one. I even had ordered 2 days prior to the function. It was not even a last minute order. If i knew this was the cake they’re going to make i would have done this on my own. Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
