I ordered a surprise cake from Cake Studio Ramanattukara by online, but unfortunately, the add-on they placed on top ruined the surprise and the overall experience. Despite paying for a special surprise, the addition was inappropriate and disappointing. Communication and attention to customer requests need significant improvement. Disappointed with the outcome.
