Ordered half kg Dream Cake costing 650rs with high expectations because they are a professional company. We said we wanted the cake at 6pm but the delivery was at 7pm. We called them but no answer and then they gave a vague excuse that the location we provided was wrong. Now when it comes to the cake we ordered, it wasn't even near to what a 5 layered dream cake is. There was no proper layering and half of the cake was whipping cream. Not at all worth the money. I contacted them and their manager about it and they didn't have much to say other than sorry. If you are not able to provide the service we require or we're expecting you have the option to say no, we can opt for other options. Please don't scam your customers. Overall bad experience. Will not buy from there again. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1
