Had a real bad experience ordering from here. I am new to Chennai and ordered from here looking at many good reviews. First problem was the timing. I had asked them to deliver at 3 which they had agreed. But on the birthday when it became 3. 30 i called them enquiring about the cake. After many calls, they ended up delivering it a little after 5. When I opened the cake, it was not looking like what I asked. I wanted a subtly decorated cake but the flowers in it looked like what I can make at home using whipped cream. The only saving grace was the taste of the cheesecake. The top portion was good but the crust was too dry. My worst experience of a birthday cake.
