1 Star Review I recently purchased an Oreo chocolate cake from Cake Spot at OMAXE city center mall, sector 49 and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The cake was completely stale, the cream tasted sour, and overall it was inedible. It felt like it had been sitting for days. This was a complete waste of money and an unpleasant experience, especially when I was expecting a fresh cake. I’ll be visiting the store tomorrow to request a refund, and I hope the management takes responsibility for selling such poor-quality products. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a food business.
