Food is tasty but be careful while stepping in and stepping out. Inside stairs are designed with a bad plan, high possibility of falling down. Though informed multiple times they are not solving it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Today I went to this place, for takeaway, I ordered the dish and I waited for more then 45 minutes, The time which I went it's not busy hours, when I ask for the order they used to say five minutes every time, and after sometime, I asked the owner about the order ,he said it takes 10 more minutes, I said it's already more then 45 minutes, Then he said if you want,stay otherwise you can leave the place, The owner is too rude and arrogant ,when I asked him,is the way you behave with the customer, he said "yes" with very confident, It's clear that the focus here is soley making money ,with no regards for providing a welcome or postive dining experience ,please think before going to this place ,who doesn't respect the customer. There are many other restaurants that value their customers and provide a much better atmosphere, Don't waste your time and money here. Ordered food at 10.20pm received 11.35pm and Swiggy guy was waiting at the counter for 45 min ,later we called hotel staff they responded rudely saying that if you want, you can eat the cold food but no refund and ended the call. That’s how cheap hotels of Guntur react!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
