Very rude in communicating with customers. The owner doesn't even know the basics of how to receive and talk to customers. Talks in way such that he is super educated than everyone in this world. As a shopkeeper, one should know how to use layman terms to customers, which is missing here. I would never order or visit here and would recommend others also to stay away from this ditch. I had a terrible experience at Cake Paradise shop, ramapuram. The shopkeeper was extremely rude and uncooperative. When I asked to buy a cake for school, he claimed that if I didn't buy it immediately, the cake would spoil. He even went so far as to say that if the kids got food poisoning, the shop wouldn't be responsible. I was shocked and disappointed by his attitude and will not be returning to that shop. Service: 1
