I ordered a cappuccino coffee which was served late and the people's were like not ready to serve as they were thrown everything on the table no proper cutlery, no hygiene, non professional staffs and quality was worst. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Café Coffee Day City Centre Mall Shimoga

I wanted to share my recent experience at your City Centre Mall Shimoga branch, which left me extremely disappointed.

I visited your café and decided to order a cheesecake. Before placing the order, I inquired about its freshness, to which your staff assured me that it was indeed fresh. However, I was taken aback when I asked if strawberry sauce could be added, only to be informed that this would cost an additional 100 rupees. I found this extra charge quite unreasonable for a simple sauce.

My disappointment deepened when I received my order. The cheesecake was far from fresh; it lacked taste and had an unappetizing hardness to it. I tried to take a few bites, but I soon became concerned about the possibility of stomach upset due to the quality of the dessert.

I must say that this experience has left me with a very negative impression of Café Coffee Day, and I have decided that I will not be trying anything from your menu again. I believe it's essential for a brand like Café Coffee Day to maintain the quality of its products and ensure customer satisfaction.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving the quality of your offerings at the City Centre Mall Shimoga branch to regain the trust and loyalty of your customers.
