I've specifically requested to write a msg on the cake - it wasn't done, despite me reaching out to the given number and seems I had a word with the owner a he did promised me to fulfill the same in 10 minutes but even after 2 hours nothing was done and he wasn't picking my calls later - pathetic experience.
