We got a cake like this below is this a birthday cake a birthday person can cut on his birthday how can somebody give this kind of cakes while you are charging the amount you need to provide the same hospitality to the customers. There is no name on the cake as well..! I want a refund..! at any cost and you can take your order.

Cake message was written in Tamil as per request. I appreciate the effort the staff took for it. cake was intact and in perfect condition, though it travelled around 80 minutes to reach. Ordered Vegan cake, the taste was good. I am Lactose intolerant and had intolerance symptoms after having the cake (Just a note for intolerant people so they could be a bit cautious while trying vegan when in a party). Family enjoyed it though.
