I loved there cakes...I ordered first time 3 years back since than be it any occasion I order from Cake mantra only.It is one of the best cake cafe's .All there items are worth tasting and mouth drooling. I'm utterly disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by your bakery. Despite placing an order for a special occasion cake, the design was completely ruined. Not only was the design poorly made, but when I brought it to their attention, the bakery owner became aggressive and shouted at me when I tried to politely point out the issue. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. And this review isn't about the 1st cake, and we had informed your shop on the same day the cake was made that we would pick it up the next day, and the payment was already made. The guy at your shop had already acknowledged the mistake. And for the 2nd cake I never mentioned picking up the cake at 1:30 pm. I arrived at your shop at exactly 9:20 am to collect the cake, and you can ask the staff at your shop. Service: Takeaway Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
