The service of this bakery is so bad. The workers are very rude. I ordered a cake for my Father In Law's birthday and paid them the full amount in advance. I clearly mentioned I needed the cake at 12pm and they didn't even start making the cake until 2pm, the reason I got was we thought you needed it a 7pm. I had guests over and they did this to me. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We take full responsibility for the mistake.However, we would like to bring to your attention that our employees were subjected to misbehavior and verbal abuse on the phone and at the time of delivery by your friend. We take such incidents seriously and expect respect towards our staff.
