Why do you maintain a cold and hard state for your items? What is your culinary intention? Do you intend for us to reheat them in the oven? Why not heat them in the oven and send the items to the customers? Upon receiving the items, I found that they were cold and hard. The bread got broken into chunks. After heating them in the oven for 20 seconds, the bread became smooth, and the cream melted.
