Food delivery is a big plus of Cake Kafe. Try nicely cooked chocolate cakes. Good coffee is worth trying here. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the gracious staff. Pathetic behaviour from the staff.... ordered choco truffle ...only cream is there kindly refrain from ordering..For your kind information the cake which you gave was not for free it was a replaced one for a half a kg chocolate truffle u replaced 250 grams cake why don’t you mention that in your reply. When coming to regular customer thing, yeah i feel very bad for trusting u people again and regreting for ending up getting this pathetic cake. Even after requesting so much while ordering the cake that the kids are having exams please ensure to prepare the cake with at most concern as we had a very bad experience pervious time while we ordered the red velvet cake for birthday. You people again repeated the same behaviour with ur service. This time it can’t be neglected as u have taken customer for granted and that too a regular customer for granted!!! If possible provide a proper service or please do say that you can’t meet the expectations.
