Ordered two cakes for my kids’ birthday, and both were superb in design and absolutely delicious. The overall experience from ordering till the last bite, was awesome. The delivery person even verified the design with me, which was a really thoughtful touch. Thank you Vivek and team for giving us a lasting experience on our special occasion. Hi I would like to share my recent experience with Cake Innovation in New Colony. While their cakes are good and the shop is quite popular, the behaviour of the staff — especially Vishal — was extremely disappointing. We wanted a cream cake, but the design we selected was sugar-coated version, which we clearly did not want. Later, we had to send a different design ourselves to get the cream cake made When we tried to discuss the issue and requested a small negotiation in the price, the staff vishal spoke very rudely. Except for this, the rest of the team seemed fine, but the behaviour of one staff member can affect the entire customer experience. Owners should ensure their staff remain polite and respectful, especially when the shop has gained so much popularity in New Colony. It should not become a reason to take customers for granted. Overall, good cakes but very poor behaviour. Not a good experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
