The reference design you shared was a fondant-based model, and it was clearly explained to you that such a design can only be achieved using fondant elements. As confirmed in your voice note, you specifically requested that no fondant be used. Our team also informed you multiple times that replacing fondant elements with photo cuts or cream work would not result in a similar appearance or finish. Despite this, you continued to hesitate all the nice models. The final outcome was therefore a direct result of the design choice you confirmed. As professionals, we guided you based on feasibility and experience. When technical limitations are clearly explained in advance, the responsibility for the outcome lies with the confirmed order specifications.Your multiple voice notes shows that even you don't have a clear cut idea about the model outcome.Again you are blaming us.Fetching some mixed up vague Google & Gemini deatails won't supply enough deatails for a customised cake & you can refer our customised models which we have made with the clear reference which the customer gave us Either you should have clear cut idea or should have an acceptance of people who knows better about that.
