Today, I had very worst experience with a service person named "Francis" in CAKE GURU. I asked to switch on the fan. He behaved very rude with harsh voice first buy go and buy (I know it is self service).. I felt very bad...bad...bad... Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
