Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience..I had placed the order at around 7 pm through Zomato and paid Rs 800 for the cake and Rs 50 as delivery charge for which I also received a confirmation. I called up the restraunt number and spoke with someone by the name of lokesh. I was assured of the delivery at around 10.36 PM. I have been trying to call up the number but there has been no response and neither are they responding to the calls by Zomato. The birthday cake was for my 3 year old son. Cake Goals you surely need a lesson or two in customer service. Just opening an outlet doesn't help
