Cake Galaxy in Kolar offers a decent selection of cakes and pastries, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The quality of the cakes is good, and they are well-decorated, making them suitable for celebrations and special occasions. However, the service at Cake Galaxy could use some improvement. During my visit, the staff seemed a bit unorganized and the service was slower than expected. A more attentive and prompt service would significantly enhance the overall customer experience. The ambiance of the shop is pleasant, and the pricing is reasonable, but the experience could be greatly improved with better customer service. If they can work on this aspect, Cake Galaxy has the potential to be a top spot for baked goods in Kolar.
