One of the good bakery around . Cakes, snaks, almost everything is good . They need to improve their customer facing. Most of their staff is either already irritated ladies or arrogant. It's as they're doing a favour. They should learn customer service ethics. That's let to business. Unfortunately there is not competation to this cafe is surroundings. It's just matter of time. Since cake cafe started in goplgowda extn we purchasing the sweet and cake.. One guy realy look ofter very well.. Now it's entirely changed reply to customers is very rude.. And Price Comapritily very high... It's ok to the extant but it's not good behavior change your attitude.. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
