The staff at shop is very arrogant and treat customer disrespectfully...I placed an order for simple sponge cake a day prior of our main event and had to explain the staff for a very simple cake with no decoration, no cream or design...it was good the I went to see prior to check on if it's as required they covered sponge with chocolate and that staff is saying this is sponge only. He was very arrogant and started arguing with me on the same after giving very specific details spending hours on shop for a simple sponge cake.....and at last threw money at me for cake and cancelled it....it's all because my right time check I was able to manage the cake from other shop at Airoli.....Hence, whoever is placing order please through check before last minute disappointment of requirements....
