Worst experience with this branch. Worst customer service possible ever. They do not update anything on swiggy or zomato. They accept your order even when it’s out of stock and then just deliver random things of their own choice to you. When questioned, you only get rude responses or no response at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

Friends please do not order birthday cakes here at Vadavalli centre, they do not follow any of our specifications and simply supply from the central kitchen. I have been facing this since last 3-4 times. Also strictly mention the time else they will play around delaying the delivery. If possible avoid ordering at ths centre! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
