Cake was soft and moist. It was different from usual cakes. I forgot its name or flavour, but it was so yummy. Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cakes

Very disappointed with the behaviour of the person at reception(290124). I was there to order a customised cake, I got disappointed with the dead-end replies for my simple queries. You don’t feel like asking more queries when you get answers like “I do not know, am not the one baking the cakes” etc. As a customer I was like “whom should I ask”, eventually it ended up cancelling the order. My humble request to the management is to keep someone who has knowledge about your product. Consider this as a feedback not a complaint. Service: 1
