I ordered a blueberry cheesecake and instead got delivered a simple blueberry cream cake. There is a difference between a cake and a cheesecake and they charged me for a cheesecake and delivered a normal cake.????

Orderd only today evening @around 8pm received the order at 11:00 pm they have there only delivery guys(not Zomato valvets)....the delivery fellow from restaurant call to share the location and reached after 2.5 hours..i did not accept the order since food was out on road for nearly 2.5 hours but i paid...sad part is my daughters waited 2 hours to eat tuffle cake but could not relish it..mean time I orderd some thing from swiggy it reached well before the Zomato order

Cake 24x7 has cheated me. I ordered customised cake of 1.5kg kitkat gem for birthday party. Cake 24x7 delivered only 1kg and refused to refund the amount. Pankaj(Owner) spoke very rudely to me. The delivery was also delayed by 2 hours. Please think before ordering !!
