I had a very unpleasant experience at this cake shop. The lady owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my order or concerns, she kept interrupting and behaved as if she was doing me a favour. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. When you’re ordering something as special as a cake for a celebration, the least you expect is polite behavior and basic respect — sadly, this place failed on both fronts. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values good service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I had purchased three pastries today and bill attached but cake 24 Bareilly civil lines is this way playing with health n hygiene of public and not maintaining quality its chocklate pastries are good but pineapple pastry has three ants as per the picture. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The delivery was so unprofessional that they asked the birthday person for money instead of calling me. The cake was all shakes up n broken when it reached my friends place . Worst experience . Poor service and quality
